Crystal SVG for IconPackager

All icons were made by Everaldo. All I have done is to gather them together and package them for easy application.

As you know Windows users need the icons in .ico format. For some people it is easy to convert .png's to .ico's for other people it is very hard and for some it is impossible. I converted your png's for use on my PC and made them into an IconPackager theme. I was wondering if I had your permission to distribute that IconPackager theme containing your converted icons? I also made my own little modifications so that I could include some icons which I didn't see in your set.
